While Online Signs Direct Makes every effort to ensure that your job is correct, complete, on time and on budget sometimes problems arise that are outside of our control.
You must contact us as soon as you discover any issues. Do not ship the product back to us without talking to us first (we do not accept any unauthorized returns). Please note that Canadian orders are subject to GST, Ontario orders are subject to GST and PST, with the exception of resale dealer agreements.
At this time our US orders are not subject to taxes or duty.

This web site is controlled by Online Signs Direct from its offices in the Province of Ontario, Canada. By accessing this web site, you agree that all matters relating to your access of this web site will be governed by the laws of Ontario, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles. You also agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. Payment
Our policy is that all goods must be paid upon final approval by the client prior to going into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
In order to ensure the security of the transaction and protect your credit card, payment is made ONLY by telephone. Please do not email your credit card information!

If there is a problem with your order we will work with you to ensure satisfaction however please note, we do not offer refunds.

Privacy
Online Signs Direct collects customer information and maintains a customer database such as name, address, phone number, email address, but we never store credit card or debit information on our database.
We use this information to communicate with our clients in order to understand their needs and to promote only our own products or services that may be of interest. We do not provide this information to third parties. Please contact us if you have any concerns or do not want your information to be stored or used in this way. Online Signs Direct also requires customer information to be kept to satisfy regulatory demands.

Return Policy
In ALL cases if you are unsatisfied with the goods or services delivered please contact us. Do not return your order until you have contacted us.Damaged goods
All products go through quality inspection before they are shipped. On the rare occasion when there is an issue with the delivered items, please contact Online Signs Direct right away for instructions.

Errors
The final proof must be checked carefully for size, material spelling and color). Production will only proceed with your approval of this file. While Online Signs Direct will work with you to solve any errors we do not accept responsibility for errors once you have approved your proof.

Force Majeure
Should any cause beyond the control of a party hereto including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any war, threat of war, acts of terrorism, embargo, fire, flood, strike, lockout or accident, interfere with the product, sale, transportation, delivery or consumption, or with the supply to Seller from its regular source of supply, of the goods sold hereunder or any materials necessary for the manufacture thereof, than any such cause shall be deemed to be a case of Force Majeure and, provided that the subject party gives to the other party prompt notice of it, written or oral (but if oral, promptly confirmed in writing), orders or deliveries hereunder may be suspended or reduced during the period of such interference without liability for any resulting incomplete performance of a contract to supply goods or services Online Signs Direct shall at it's discretion resume production and delivery as soon as the interference is removed..

The party invoking Force Majeure shall make every reasonable effort to remedy the situation and remove, so far as possible and with reasonable dispatch, the cause of its inability to perform or comply, provided, however, that settlement of strikes, lockouts and other industrial disturbances shall be wholly within the discretion of the party involved.The party invoking Force Majeure shall give prompt notice of the cessation thereof.

Cancellation
Purchaser may cancel production upon written (or oral followed by written confirmation) notice to Online Signs Direct and only upon such terms as will indemnify and reimburse Online Signs Direct for all loss or damage resulting therefrom, plus Online Signs Directs direct costs incurred, overhead, reasonable profits, costs and expenses to which Seller has become committed for fulfillment of the contract prior to cancellation. This means any design completed will be charged for on a per hour basis (min 1 hour) even if the original design charges were complimentary to the production service being cancelled.

Online Signs Direct will charge for any design commissioned where that design is discarded or does not lead to final production. This includes all expenses generated in the creation of that design including design time (min charge $35 or $50 each additional hour) and any items purchased on behalf of the client for the creation of that design.

Title:
Unless otherwise specified, title to the goods will pass to Buyer upon payment in full for the goods covered by the specific work order.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
A) EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED OTHERWISE IN A WRITTEN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ONLINE SIGNS DIRECT (1734314 Ontario Inc.), THE MATERIALS AND SERVICES ON THIS WEB SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OR ITS NON-INFRINGEMENT;
B) ONLINE SIGNS DIRECT DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE MATERIALS OR SERVICES ON THIS WEB SITE WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS, VIRUSES OR OTHER DEFECTS; AND
C) YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS IN THE TRANSMISSION OF ANY DATA OR INFORMATION TO AND FROM ONLINE SIGNS DIRECT , INCLUDING ANY INTERCEPTION BY THIRD PARTIES.
ONLINE SIGNS DIRECT, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONSULTANTS, LICENSORS AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (SUCH AS DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE WEB SITE MATERIALS AND SERVICES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA), EVEN IF INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY EVENT, ONLINE SIGNS DIRECT AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF THE COSTS PAID BY YOU TO ONLINE SIGNS DIRECT FOR USE OF THE MATERIALS THAT ARE THE SUBJECT OF THE CLAIM.
